HOW DO I BUY PRESCRIPTION GLASSES?

After purchasing your eyeglass frames, take your glasses to our flagship international location for custom fits and adjustments. Every Garrett Leight frame serves to combine our luxury eyewear styles with the perfect fitting experience. Come visit us! 

HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE FOR MY GLASSES TO ARRIVE?

Typical ground delivery takes 3–7 business days to be ready.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

Please contact our Queen West Customer Service Team as soon as possible so that we can resolve this issue for you right away. You can contact us via email: queenwest@garrettleight.com or by phone at 416.364.0996 Tuesday to Saturday from 12pm to 6pm EST.

HOW DO I RETURN MY GLASSES OR SUNGLASSES IF I’M NOT SATISFIED?

We do not offer refunds. Returns for store credit or exchanges, on eligible items, are accepted within 10 days of the original purchase (at GLCO Queen West) - All items must be in new condition with original receipt. Exchanged products or products purchased with a Gift Card cannot be exchanged.

If you purchased your eyewear at a reseller location, you will have to return them in person at that location.

Note: We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED/DELAYED?

Claims arising from damage, delay, or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to us within five business days of delivery. Once received, please inspect your items as soon as possible and inform us of any issues as soon as possible so we can make a claim with the carrier if needed, and help resolve the issue right away. Please email queenwest@garrettleight.com and provide photos of any damaged packaging prior to discarding for review.

HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY GLASSES OR SUNGLASSES?

Our eyewear is created with high quality acetates and premium metals, so be sure to take care of your frames. Each pair comes with a cleaning cloth to keep the frames clear of particles and a case to store your glasses. Do not leave your glasses in your car, as heat from the car causes the acetate to warp and flex out of alignment. Be sure not to lay your glasses face down on any surfaces or to expose them to rough textures such as sand. 

Do not use any chemicals, dish soap or glass window cleaning solutions on your lenses as they may strip away their coating or damage the frame.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

We provide a two year warranty on our GLCO and Mr. Leight sunglasses, eyeglasses, and clips, starting upon purchase of full priced items. If the products have a defect within the warranty period, please notify us of the defect as soon as you become aware of it so that we may help resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Please email queenwest@garrettleight.com with the details of your frame or clip and the issue you are experiencing. If you purchased through our online store please include your order number so that we may easily access your order history. If you purchased through an authorized retailer you can either reach out to them directly for assistance or you can send us your proof of purchase and we will be happy to assist you.

Certain conditions may invalidate warranty coverage including but not limited to:

  • excessive wear
  • improper use or careless maintenance
  • regular wear and tear
  • any type of abuse or mistreatment
  • incorrectly following the care instructions
  • having anyone other than Garrett Leight California Optical or an authorized retailer make repairs, lensing and re-lensing, alterations/changes to the product
  • visible scratches
  • warped acetate from exposure to extreme heat

Repairable damage that falls outside of the warranty coverage may be evaluated by our team for paid-for-repairs. The cost of these repairs will be discussed once the frame has been evaluated by our expert staff. Some repairs may require shipping the frame(s) to partner labs which could incur in further costs. Repair costs depend on damage and timeline for repair.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
